Emergency Gear Backpack เป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ ไฟฉาย แบตเตอรี่ และเครื่องชาร์จแบตเตอรี่
การรับประกันสินค้า (Limited Warranty)
- ผู้ผลิตเป็นผู้ให้การรับประกันสินค้า ภายใตเงื่อนไขของผู้ผลิต
- การรับประกันสินค้า แบ่งเป็น 2 ช่วง หลังจากได้รับสินค้า
- ภายในระยะเวลา 14 วัน
- ภายหลังระยะเวลา 14 วัน
- ระยะเวลาการประกัน และการให้บริการหลังการขายเป็นไปตามที่ระบุในคู่มือสินค้า
เงื่อนไขการรับประกันสินค้า
- สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ พร้อมกล่อง และ อุปกรณ์ครบทุกถ้วน
- มีบัตรรับประกัน และ หลักฐานการซื้อจากทางร้านค้า
- ไม่มีร่องรอยการเปิด หรือถอดประกอบ
การรับประกันสินค้าภายในระยะเวลา 14 วัน
- ติดต่อผู้ขายเพื่อแจ้งอาการ เพื่อรับคำแนะนำขั้นตอนการดำเนินการ
- ผู้ซื้อจัดส่งสินค้ามายังผู้ขายทางไปรษณีย์ส่งสินค้าแบบด่วนพิเศษ หรือ ลงทะเบียน เพื่อติดตามสินค้าได้
- ค่าจัดส่งสินค้ามายังผู้ขาย รับผิดชอบโดยผู้ซื้อ
- กรณี พบว่ามีข้อบกพร่องจากการผลิตและเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขการรับประกัน ผู้ขายจะจัดส่งสินค้าใหม่ให้ผู้ซื้อทันที ค่าจัดส่งสินค้ากลับให้ผู้ซื้อ รับผิดชอบโดยผู้ขาย
- กรณี พบว่า ปัญหาเกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานของผู้ซื้อเอง ต้องส่งกลับไปซ่อมแซมที่ผู้ผลิต ตามเงื่อนไขการรับประกันสินค้าหลังจาก 14 วัน
การรับประกันสินค้าหลังจาก 14 วัน
- ติดต่อผู้ขายเพื่อแจ้งอาการ เพื่อรับคำแนะนำขั้นตอนการดำเนินการ
- ผู้ซื้อจัดส่งสินค้าไปยังผู้ผลิตโดยตรง หรือ ขอให้ผู้ขายช่วยดำเนินการประสานและจัดส่งสินค้าไปให้ผู้ผลิตตรวจสอบข้อบกพร่องและรับการแก้ไข
- ค่าจัดส่งสินค้าไปยังผู้ผลิตในค่างประเทศ รับผิดชอบโดยผู้ซื้อ (จัดส่งพัสดุแบบ ePacket Thailand post)
- กรณี พบว่า มีข้อบกพร่องจากการผลิต และเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขการรับประกัน ผู้ผลิตซ่อมให้ใช้การได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
- กรณี พบว่าปัญหาเกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานของผู้ซื้อเอง ผู้ซื้อต้องชำระค่าอะไหล่ และค่าใช้จ่ายในการซ่อมแซมตามจริง (ผู้ผลิตจะประเมินค่าใช้จ่าย และ ค่าอะไหล่ในการซ่อมแซม)
- ระยะเวลาการดำเนินการ 30 - 45 วัน (โดยประมาณ)
- ค่าจัดส่งสินค้ากลับให้ผู้ซื้อ รับผิดชอบโดยผู้ผลิต
การสิ้นสุดการรับประกัน:
- สินค้าที่เสียหายถาวรจากการใช้งานอย่างไม่ถูกต้อง
- สินค้าเสียหายจากการตกหล่น
- มีกลิ่นไหม้เหม็นเปรี้ยวในวงจร มีของเหลวอยู่ในระบบ
- มีร่องรอยการแกะ หรือถอดประกอบ
คำเตือนการใช้งาน:
- ไฟฉาย และแบตเตอรี่ใช้แรงดันไฟ และกระแสชาร์จที่ 5V 1A/2A เท่านั้น
- ห้ามใช้หัวปลั๊ก Samsung, LG, Xiaomi, OPPO หรือแหล่งจ่ายไฟแบบ Fast Charge ซึ่งอาจจ่ายไฟที่แรงดัน 9V/12V และทำให้อุปกรณ์เสียหายทันที เนื่องจากแรงดันไฟเกิน และทำให้สินค้าขาดการรับประกัน
- กรุณาใช้หัวปลั๊กอแดปเตอร์มาตรฐานจ่ายไฟ 5V 1A/2A หรือชาร์จอุปกรณ์กับเพาเวอร์แบงค์ 5V2A หรือเครื่องชาร์จแบตเตอรี่มาตรฐาน จะปลอดภัยที่สุด

Emergency Gear Backpack is the authorized distributor in Thailand for flashlights, batteries, and battery chargers.
Limited Warranty
The manufacturer provides the product warranty under their specified conditions. The product warranty is divided into two periods:
- Within 14 days of receiving the product.
- After 14 days of receiving the product.
The warranty period and after-sales service are as stated in the product manual.
Warranty Conditions
- The product must be in perfect condition, with the original box and all accessories complete.
- A warranty card and proof of purchase from our store must be provided.
- There must be no signs of opening or disassembly.
Warranty Within 14 Days:
- Contact the seller to report the issue and receive instructions on the process.
- The buyer must send the product to the seller via express or registered mail for tracking.
- Shipping costs for sending the product to the seller are the responsibility of the buyer.
- If a manufacturing defect is found and meets the warranty conditions, the seller will immediately send a new product to the buyer. Shipping costs for returning the product to the buyer are the responsibility of the seller.
- If the problem is found to be caused by the buyer's use, the product must be sent back to the manufacturer for repair under the "Warranty After 14 Days" conditions.
Warranty After 14 Days:
- Contact the seller to report the issue and receive instructions on the process.
- The buyer can send the product directly to the manufacturer, or request the seller's assistance in coordinating and sending the product to the manufacturer for defect inspection and repair.
- Shipping costs for sending the product to the manufacturer abroad are the responsibility of the buyer (ePacket Thailand Post recommended).
- If a manufacturing defect is found and meets the warranty conditions, the manufacturer will repair the product free of charge.
- If the problem is found to be caused by the buyer's use, the buyer must pay for the spare parts and actual repair costs. (The manufacturer will estimate the cost of spare parts and repairs.)
- Processing time is approximately 30 - 45 days.
- Shipping costs for returning the product to the buyer are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Warranty Termination
The warranty will be terminated under the following circumstances:
- Products permanently damaged due to improper use.
- Products damaged due to drops.
- Burnt or sour smell in the circuit, or liquid found within the system.
- Signs of tampering or disassembly.
Usage Warning:
- Flashlights and batteries should only use a charging voltage and current of 5V 1A/2A.
- Do NOT use Samsung, LG, Xiaomi, OPPO, or any Fast Charge power adapters, as they may supply 9V/12V, causing immediate damage to the device due to overvoltage and voiding the product warranty.
- Please use a standard 5V 1A/2A adapter plug or charge the device with a 5V2A power bank or standard battery charger for the safest operation.
Products Not Covered by Warranty:

Batteries, adapters, cables, filters, peripheral devices.
